We are not obligated to monitor applications and their content, but may do so. We may choose to apply restrictions based on good taste or just plain common sense. Applications may be removed without further notice for the following reasons:

Any material that would infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of another party

Sales
Downloads After you have uploaded your .apk file, applications can be downloaded from our servers. Free applications can be downloaded directly, whereas commercial applications are only available for registered users after completing a purchase.

All app sales are final There is no right to revocation or refund after delivery. If you provide software carrying a substantial price tag, please provide a free demo or lite trial version of your app for users to evaluate your software before purchasing the full version.

Fair revenue share 70% of the revenue is for you.
License and DRM
SmartAppFinder does not interfere with your licensing and DRM policies. We plan to launch our own licensing solution, but your participation will be voluntary.
Categories and Keywords
Our search engine is optimized to allow users to quickly find the applications they are looking for. You can help people finding your app by choosing the proper categories and keywords. While you must choose a category and sub-category from our list of predefined categories for every application you submit, keywords are optional.
Both categories and keywords are used as quick search tags on our search page.
Choose your keywords wisely, only keywords with sufficient quality will be available to users as quick search tags.
We take a dim view on keyword spamming or other techniques designed to take unfair advantage of other users or developers.
One of the most powerful features of SmartAppFinder is the ability to automatically update app information by fetching new releases or new release information from your website.
To enable automatic updates, you just need to place your application PAD, download, icon and screenshot files on your web server, possibly at a hidden location, or at a location only accessible to our robot. Once you have specified the remote URLs of your files in the app description, our robot will crawl your website in regular intervals to pick up any changes.
Privacy
Any personal data you submitted for registration will not be given away to any third-party at any time.
In particular, if any user asks you for your personal information, such as an email address, we will not provide it.
However, we may be required to release information to governmental agencies, courts, or other third-parties if you have or may have committed illegal activities.
